Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team with The EnviroBore Group of Companies. This role is essential in supporting and creating our HR functions and ensuring the effective management of human resources within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing payroll processes and a strong understanding of employment standards for both Alberta and British Columbia.
Responsibilities
•Process and manage employee payroll accurately and on time.
•Ensure compliance with employment standards and labor laws in Alberta and BC.
•Maintain employee records and handle HR administration.
•Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations.
•Provide support on HR policies, benefits, and employee relations.
Requirements
•Proven experience in payroll and HR administration.
•In-depth knowledge of employment standards for Alberta and British Columbia.
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
