Location & Team Gatherings

Intersect has been a fully flexible workplace since its founding in 2016.  We’ve been very intentional about the way we do things. We connect as a team at our Team Week experiences four times a year and at our recently established Hub locations - SF Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, NY; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Calgary, AB; and Toronto, ON.

We are currently seeking candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.

About This Position

As the Contractor, HRIS & Data Analytics, you will be responsible for providing support and coverage with various tasks related to data management and HRIS improvement. This position will be reporting to HR Operations Lead, and is estimated to be a 3-4 month assignment for the right candidate

Responsibilities and Duties

Accurately entering and updating employee information, such as personal details, job titles, salaries, and benefits, in the HRIS system

generating reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and ensure data integrity

in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of HRIS software. Collaborating with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality

to employee inquiries regarding HRIS-related matters, such as accessing self-service portals, updating personal information, and understanding HR policies and procedures

in the development and delivery of training programs for HR staff and end-users to ensure proper utilization of the HRIS system. Creating and updating user manuals and documentation

Ensuring processes and practices comply with relevant legal requirements, such as data privacy and security regulations.

Provide support for payroll compliance.

Identifying opportunities for streamlining HRIS processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving overall efficiency

Working closely with HR team members, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
