JOB SUMMARY: The HRIS Analyst will support the maintenance, optimization, and configuration of the Workday system, specifically in areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, and Absence. This role will be instrumental in data management, troubleshooting issues, and delivering reports that drive key business decisions. A strong understanding of Workday's business processes, reporting, and integrations is essential.
