Project Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Technology Analyst to support Human Resources operations during an HR transformation initiative. This role will provide hands-on experience working with HR systems, integrating third-party tools, managing data integrity, and enhancing digital HR solutions. Job Functions & Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify business needs, and define features for system enhancements and HR application projects.
•Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and third-party HR tools.
•Coordinate with IT and external vendors to test and troubleshoot system integrations and functionality.
•Maintain and audit data within digital HR tools, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
•Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as configured in HR systems and create instructional materials for training and end-user support.
•Drive change management communications for new features and improvements in HR technology platforms.
Required Skills:
•Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
•Skilled in developing and delivering professional, engaging presentations to stakeholders.
•Understanding of HR business processes and digital HR tools across areas like recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, talent management, compensation, benefits, and core HCM.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating technical documentation and stakeholder reports.
•Analytical mindset with the ability to extract, interpret, and present data to support strategic HR initiatives.
•Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for working with vendors, IT, and business units.
•Problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to issue resolution and business process improvement.
Education & Certifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
•Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS platforms is a plus.

Pay: $45.64 - $49.72 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
