We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic HR team. Duties
•Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting interviews.
•Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process and maintain candidate records.
•Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
•Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating training sessions and ensuring new hires have the necessary resources.
•Support employee development initiatives by organizing training programs and workshops.
•Maintain accurate employee records using HR software such as PeopleSoft, ADP, and UltiPro.
•Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
•Foster a positive workplace environment by addressing employee concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Skills
•Proficiency in HR software applications such as PeopleSoft, ADP, and UltiPro is highly desirable.
•Strong understanding of HR sourcing techniques and recruiting best practices.
•Experience in training development and implementation of employee programs.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
•Familiarity with sales processes can be advantageous in understanding organizational needs.
•Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
•Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
