Job Overview:
We are growing and looking for a Human Resources Manager and Talent Recruiter. You will be in charge of the "Employee Experience" here at TESCO - organizing and planning all internal monthly events. Experience with immigration paperwork and UKG Ready is MUST.
Key Job Responsibilities:
•Partner with the organization’s executive leadership team to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
•Manage the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and process, including sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring
•Lead and support the new hire process including new hire paperwork, background checks and pre-employment drug screens
•Champion the onboarding process by ensuring that it's high-quality and up to date, and provide clarity and connection for employees so their roles serve the overall business vision
•Curate job descriptions based on HR plans that fit with the overall business needs
•Develop training materials and performance management programs to provide coaching and guidance to the team
•Plan and coordinate company-wide events and employee engagement surveys
•Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
•Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
•Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation
•Maintain employee and workplace privacy
•Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
•Provide management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
•Lead the immigration efforts within the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and external stakeholders involved in immigration matters such as visa sponsorship, work permits, and permanent residency applications.
•Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences, training managers in how to coach and discipline, and counseling employees and supervisors
•Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
•Nurture a positive working environment and carry out necessary administrative duties
Position Requirements:
•Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
•Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
•Experience with UKG Ready
•Experience with change management
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to conduct research and create reports or presentations
•Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
