IES Residential is looking for a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a program to recruit per the needs of the division manager, based on location. This person will be someone who lives in the Midwest region of the US (OH, IN, IL, KY). Experience with electrical contracting or construction industries is required.
The Recruiter leads the end-to-end recruitment process, developing strategies to attract and secure top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, implement tailored hiring strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience. This role involves refining recruitment processes, staying updated on industry trends, and enhancing employer branding. By building strong talent pipelines and fostering candidate relationships, the Senior Recruiter directly supports workforce planning and organizational growth.
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
