TALENT ACQUISITION SENIOR MANAGER

Okland is seeking a strategic, high accountability, people-first Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our TA Team. It supervises the architectural, engineering, bidding, contracting, building, and inspection from the beginning to the end of the project and specializes in concrete self-preform on a large commercial scale.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership:
•Own full-cycle recruiting for high-impact roles across the organization.
•Lead and develop a team of recruiters through coaching, mentorship, and clear expectations.
•Create a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous feedback.
•Enable your team to grow, learn, and take ownership of their impact.
•Partner with department leaders to define hiring needs and develop effective evaluation strategies.
•Translate workforce plans into proactive hiring roadmaps and sourcing campaigns.
•Work cross-functionally with the People team, department heads, and hiring managers to create alignment and momentum around talent priorities.
•Serve as a trusted partner and coach, helping others understand how to assess, select, and support talent effectively.
•Build and nurture talent pipelines through sourcing strategies, networking, and partnerships.
Candidate Experience & Communication
•Communicate consistently and proactively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
•Ensure that every candidate—from passive prospect to final offer—feels respected, informed, and valued.
•Elevate our employer brand through thoughtful communication and consistent representation in the market.
•Act as a culture ambassador who brings warmth, professionalism, and integrity to every interaction.
Process & Tools Optimization
•Own and optimize recruiting systems and workflows, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
•Standardize interview processes and develop tools to support structured, bias-aware evaluations.
•Train and coach hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and candidate selection.
Data-Driven Decision Making
•Use recruiting metrics to drive transparency, accountability, and deliver value.
•Regularly report on pipeline health, open requisitions, and hiring trends.
•Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Education & Experience Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
•5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
•Proven success hiring for a wide range of roles in fast-paced, growing companies.
•Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent analytics tools.
•Construction or technical hiring experience a plus, but not required.
•Pre-employment Background Check Required.
