HR Specialist - Greensboro, NC

The Human Resources Specialist will focus on monitoring the entire onboarding process which includes sending out pre- onboarding packets, ensuring all forms are competed, sending out IT equipment forms to Managers and reviewing backgrounds and Drug Screen results. In addition, on the employee’s 1st date of hire, the HR specialist will enter all new hire information in ADP.

The HR Specialist is the Business Partner for areas of Stake Center Locating who will work closely with Managers, Recruiters and the HR Team. This position requires an organized, multitasking and detail oriented individual. This individual is expected to maintain good objectivity, be discreet and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
