The CNE, often affectionately referred to as The Ex, is Canada’s largest community event and one of the top ten agricultural fairs in North America. With something for everyone, our event offers a wide variety of attractions and interactive entertainment experiences including: concerts, midway rides and games, shopping, exhibits, tech and gaming hubs, food and wacky treats!

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, HR, the Recruiter will support the Human Resources department throughout the summer hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while providing administrative and operational support to the HR team.
As an intern with the CNEA, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. We are committed to fostering the learning and growth of our team, providing opportunities to develop key professional skills that will benefit you throughout your career. In this role, you will enhance your leadership, organizational, and time management abilities, sharpen your attention to detail, and build self-management and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting.
