HR Generalist (Bilingual - English & Spanish)

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while contributing to the overall success of our human resources management initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews and feedback mechanisms.

- Facilitate conflict management and resolution among employees to maintain a harmonious workplace.

- Ensure compliance with FMLA regulations and other relevant employment labor laws.

- Conduct interviews and assist in the recruitment process to attract top talent.

- Maintain accurate employee records using Ceridian or similar HRIS systems.

- Implement OSHA standards and ensure workplace safety protocols are followed.

- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies and procedures.

- Develop and refine company policy and HR policy and ensure implementation.

- Manage benefits program and be POC for insurance program.

Requirements

- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field. at least 2-3 years of experience.

- Strong understanding of employment labor laws, including FMLA and OSHA regulations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.

- Experience in interviewing techniques and recruitment processes.

- Ability to manage performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Conflict management skills to address employee concerns effectively.

- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Ceridian is preferred but not mandatory.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
