We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (English/Spanish) HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily HR functions, including employee records management, insurance enrollment, child support processing, and assisting with employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries in both English and Spanish.
•Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of child support orders, insurance enrollments, and employee documentation.
•Maintain and update confidential employee files and HR databases.
•Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
•Support benefits administration and employee status changes.
•Provide administrative support for HR projects, meetings, and compliance audits.
•Assist in preparing reports, memos, and official communications.
•Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
•Collaborate with HR team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
•Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Participate in employee engagement initiatives and workplace improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
•Bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
•Proven experience or strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor compliance.
•Knowledge of child support processing and insurance enrollment procedures.
•Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
•Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
•High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
•Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS experience preferred).
•Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
•High school diploma or equivalent required; HR certification or relevant coursework a plus.
