As an HR Clerk, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining our HR functions and fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Assist with maintaining employee records and responding to HR-related inquiries.
- Recruitment Assistance: Help publish job ads and support onboarding for new hires.
- Record Keeping: Ensure employee records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and legal standards.
- Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for employees and job applicants, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Data Management: Use HR software and databases to manage employee information and track recruitment activities.
- Prior experience as an HR Clerk or similar junior HR role
- Solid understanding of HR operations (recruiting, onboarding, training)
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
