Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hiring Specialist to join our team. The Hiring Specialist will play a crucial role in hiring and onboarding new team members, fostering employee engagement, assisting with training, and supporting day-to-day operations. Spanish speakers are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

•

Source and recruit candidates for various positions within the company.

•

Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

•

Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.

•

Develop and implement strategies to promote employees and employee engagement.

•

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

•

Provide training support to supervisors as needed.

•

Identify and address operational gaps in service.

•

Ensure all new hires receive necessary materials, equipment and training materials.

•

Facilitate off-boarding, write-ups, and employee termination process(es).

•

Guide and assist new hires through our online LMS system.

•

Maintaining and promote our company’s “voice,” mission and core values.

•

Payroll and other light administrative duties

Qualifications & Requirements:

•

Prior experience in recruitment, HR, multi-family, or a related field preferred.

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

•

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

•

Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

•

Must be able to work in-office.
