What You’ll Be Doing:

- Building Strong Relationships

: You’ll be a key player in strengthening customer loyalty and driving sales targets within our high-voltage business. You'll help create, deliver, and track proposals that matter!

- Facilitating Communication

: From quoting to proposal delivery, you’ll manage the internal process that ensures everything runs smoothly, working closely with the HV Solutions team members.

- Business Development Support

: You’ll help drive business results by keeping accurate records, logging opportunities, and identifying cross-selling opportunities to support growth within the HV Solutions business.

- Proposal Development

: You’ll collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic and compelling proposals that align with client needs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

- Driving Results

: From the moment an opportunity arises, you’ll be the one making sure we’re on track, providing guidance on commercial clarifications, and managing any discrepancies to keep everything on course.

What We’re Looking For:

- Education

: Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience.

- Experience

: While you don’t need advanced experience, we’re looking for someone who’s organized, professional in both writing and speaking, and knows how to communicate clearly. Experience in handling proposals, estimating costs, and working with stakeholders is a plus!

- Skills

: A customer-first attitude, experience with CRM systems, and a passion for problem-solving are key! If you’re someone who thrives on staying organized and can keep things running smoothly, you’ll do great here.
