Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- responding to questions in person, over the phone, and through email with a sense of urgency;

- providing assistance or direction on questions related to computer systems, software, and hardware;

- performing administrative maintenance tasks in a Windows Server environment;

- exceeding our (internal and external) customers' expectations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will:

- have experience working with Windows Server;

- be familiar with troubleshooting network problems (LAN and WAN);

- be willing to work as part of a team dedicated to Alro's service expectations;

- be attentive to detail and eager to help others;

- be an effective communicator and listener;

- have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task;

- be willing to work flexible hours.
