Guest Service Agent

Job Summary

-We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts

- Maintain a well-stocked, clean and organized sales floor

- Maintain a clean exterior lot and car wash

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Cash experience is helpful

Expected hours: 20 – 34 per week
