Essentially, our team is the marketing department of two sister companies: MPower Solar and Overpass. Using your comprehensive experience and expertise in both the B2B and B2C growth marketing worlds, you’ll play a lead role in developing and executing full-funnel growth strategies tailored towards finding the path of least resistance for obtaining customers. Driven by experimentation, metrics, and cross-team collaboration, you’ll take a dynamic approach and work nimbly to optimize the customer journey to increase traffic and sales.

Responsibilities
•Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies tailored for each brand
•Create and consistently optimize the funnel and customer journey from acquisition and activation to retention and referral
•Identify, implement, and manage outreach triggers at each stage of the funnel
•Analyze and optimize the funnel for fall off, data gaps and other areas of improvement
•Provide department leads and executives with regular reporting on insights and recommendations
•Ideate and run rapid experiments and A/B tests to validate or optimize new and existing channels, messaging, campaigns, and acquisition tactics
•Implement lifecycle marketing strategies for customer engagement and retention
•Launch and optimize paid social and search campaigns of varying budgets
•Setup, track, and manage marketing analytics to analyze user behavior and campaign
•Advise stakeholders on learnings to inform cross-company strategies
•Work closely with the director of marketing, content strategist, social media manager, graphic designer, sales teams, product teams, and leadership to ensure strategy alignment and campaign execution
•Take on digital marketing projects as needed (SEO and content initiatives, managing content channels and automations, etc.)
Requirements
•4 year degree in Marketing or a related field
•4+ years of experience in growth marketing (startup experience a plus)
•Deep understanding of B2B and B2C and proven ease context-switching betweenmultiple brands
•A proven track record in data tracking and analyzation to reach business goals and KPIs
•Proficiency in PPC, SEM, SEO and other forms of digital marketing
•Ability to set up and thoroughly manage website and data analytics tools such as:
•Hubspot, GA4, Looker Studio, Hubspot, Fullstory, AdWords, and SEMRush
•A belief that speed beats perfection and willingness to move at a fast pace while optimizing or iterating based on data
