Grinding & Inspecting Supervisor

May work independently or as part of a team to inspect castings and grind them. May work with stand grinder, hand tools, or automated grinding equipment such as robotics and CNC grinder machines. Overtime is likely and available for this position.

Maybe assigned to other duties depending upon production needs for the day.

Additional benefits: upto $200 Bi-Weekly production/scrap bonus possible.

Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonus - (approximately 20% of profits annually go back to the employees).

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
