We are seeking a Technician to join our team in Langley. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our mining projects by utilizing your technical skills to gather and analyze data, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the success of our clients' operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of mining consultancy and remote sensing services. Responsibilities

- Assist in data collection and management for mining projects.

- Utilize AutoCAD, GIS, ArcGIS, and CAD software to prepare maps and technical drawings.

- Support regulatory permitting processes by compiling necessary documentation.

- Conduct field surveys and remote sensing data analysis.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

- Maintain accurate records of project data and progress.

- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for client needs.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience with AutoCAD, GIS, ArcGIS, and CAD software.

- Strong understanding of data collection techniques and data management.

- Knowledge of regulatory permitting processes in the mining industry is a plus.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Effective communication skills.

- A relevant diploma or degree in geology, surveying, environmental science, or related field is preferred.
