This is an onsite position in the Logan, Utah office. Weekends and evenings may be required based on the needs of the company. The Help desk team is the folks here at Conservice that are the front line of computer problems. This position works directly with end users both remotely and in the office. The tasks required are to troubleshoot computer issues as well as help users with various account issues, expired passwords, locked out, etc. This position will also be helping with computer setups, from the time they are delivered all the way to helping them be set up at any workstation.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
- Respond quickly to queries either in person or over the phone
