IT Helpdesk position based in San Angelo supporting a large steel fabrication company.
Some level of familiarity with active directory, service management software, and knowledge base management preferred.
Responsibilities will include computer setup/deployment, troubleshooting and setup for VPNs, printers, network drives, various software and cybersecurity management. Position will require some remote support to various sites around the country, some on-site/desk-side support, and some troubleshooting of network and devices on factory floor.
