Job Summary:

As a Fulfillment Specialist - Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the packing and shipment of products in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for leading a team of packers, ensuring quality control, and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

We are seeking a talented Fulfillment Specialist -Pack Lead - to join our team. The Fulfillment Specialist- Pack Lead is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of packers, providing guidance and support to ensure daily packing goals are met.

- Oversee the packing process, ensuring products are packed correctly and efficiently.

- Perform quality control checks on packed items to maintain high standards.

- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory counts as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet shipping deadlines and resolve any packing issues.

- Train new packers on packing procedures and safety guidelines.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure work environment for all team members.

Must Haves:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proven experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
