Order Fulfillment Associate

We are seeking an afternoon order fulfillment associated for a manufacturing equipment distribution company. Hours will be 11am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of goods.

- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare items for shipment and ensure they are securely packaged.

- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean and orderly. Ensure that products are stored in designated areas and that the warehouse layout is optimized for efficiency.

- Documentation: Maintain records of all transactions, including shipments received and dispatched. Update computerized inventory systems as needed.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Comfort with walking, standing, and using warehouse equipment.

- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good organizational skills to maintain inventory and workspace.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
