About This Job

SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE

•

Flowback Tester

•

Experience - 1-2 years

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•

Flowback tester: All duties and responsibilities with regard flowback/Treater Watch operation.

•

A flowback hand is in charge of safely controlling the flow of fluids that return to the surface after fracking. This includes gas, water, oil and sand that were injected during the fracking process.

•

Operator controls flow rates and monitors pressure levels to prevent dangerous conditions such as blowouts or uncontrolled releases of fluids or gas.

•

Operator will work with various types of equipment, including wellhead manifolds, pressure gauges, separators, and tanks, to monitor the flow of fluids.

•

Operator will also ensure that all flowback equipment is functioning properly and safely. They also troubleshoot any issues that arise with pumps, valves, or hoses.

•

Operator will collect data on the flowback process, including pressures, volumes of fluid returned, and other relevant metrics. This data is essential for understanding well performance and planning for the next phase of production.

Follow all policies and procedures of Dupree Oilfield Services, LLC and their customer.

•

Must communicate with all parties effectively

•

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

•

MUST have Valid Drivers License

•

MUST be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Report)

•

MUST be able to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening/test

•

Strong knowledge of pressure control and fluid handling.

•

Understanding of wellbore dynamics and fracking operations.

•

Ability to read, write and use simple math
