ONLY EXPERIENCED FLOWBACK OPERATORS (Drill out Experienced preferred)

We have immediate openings for Flowback Operators in the Midland/Odessa area. Must be knowledgeable with:

- Manifolds

- Plug catchers

- Sand separators

- Test separators

- Operate transfer pumps

- Understanding of pressure differentials

- Rig ups and downs

- Gauging tanks

- Frac restraints

- Maintenance of equipment

- Receive return rates.

Qualification requirements:

- Must be fluent in English

- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Must Have Valid Driver’s License

- Must be at least 21 years of age.

- Must undergo background check and DISA Drug screen.

- Must be able to pass pre-employment, post-accident, random drug tests

- Must be able to pass a fit test

- Must be able to follow directions and company policies

- Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

- Must have basic knowledge of Flowback reports, emails and company forms.

- Must be able to keep up with required paperwork filling out in a timely manner and turning in to the appropriate personnel.

Physical requirements:

- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

- Must be able to stand, crawl, climb and sit for extended periods of time.

- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment such as steel toed boots, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats when needed.

- Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods in hot, cold, rainy and windy weather.
