- Manage the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

- Monitor vehicle performance and implement improvements as necessary.

- Coordinate with team members to optimize fleet utilization.

- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

- Develop strategies for cost-effective fleet management.

- Train staff on safe vehicle operation and maintenance procedures.

- Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals.

- Qualifications

- Proven experience in fleet management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
