A Snapshot of Your Day

Join the Siemens Energy North America Finance Excellence Academy for a 24-month rotational program designed to develop emerging professionals. Participants will complete four sequential 6-month assignments across various business areas and corporate functions, gaining hands-on experience in locations such as Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte!

The Finance Excellence Academy is crafted to enrich your finance career through dynamic experience, diverse locations, networking, and professional development. Assignments are structured to provide exposure to different professional environments and business models, helping you refine your career path and build a strong foundation in finance.

- Dynamic Rotations: Experience a wide range of finance roles, including Financial Accounting, Service Operations Finance, Manufacturing Operations Finance, Commercial Project Management, and Sales & Business Controlling. Additionally, gain exposure to different professional environments by working in offices located in Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, Charlotte, and more.

- Cultivate a Professional Network: Build a strong professional network through our buddy program, mentorship support, and networking events with business leaders. These connections will support your career growth beyond the program, creating a network of like-minded professionals who are committed to your growth.

- Personal & Professional Development: Engage in a variety of technical and leadership trainings aimed at enhancing both your professional skills and personal growth.

- Understanding the Energy Landscape: Gain exposure to Siemens Energy’s customer and operational landscape, preparing you to contribute meaningfully to the energy transition

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, or other business-related subject areas graduating by May 2026. GPA requirement of a 3.2.

- Proactive and driven, demonstrates care and emotional intelligence

- Displays resilience and effective problem-solving skills

- Forward-thinking and future-oriented and Collaborative team player

- Willing and able to relocate to different states within the US

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Current Siemens Energy employees may be eligible for internal transfers!
