Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires proficiency in various financial software and tools, as well as strong communication skills to effectively convey complex financial information.
- Analyze financial data and trends to support business decisions.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Utilize software such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for data visualization and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data from ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics GP.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform research on investment opportunities and financial services.
- Develop and maintain databases using SQL or Microsoft Access for efficient data management.
- Communicate findings clearly through presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Continuously seek improvements in financial processes and reporting methods.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Hyperion and various accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with investment banking or budgeting is preferred.
- Familiarity with databases and programming languages such as VBA is a plus.
