We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk Personnel to join our Administrative department. In this hourly, full-time position, you will play an integral role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the smooth operation of essential document management tasks. - Organize and maintain physical and digital files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Retrieve, process, and archive documents as requested by personnel or management.
- Establish and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure files are updated and easily accessible.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Assist with scanning documents and converting paper records into electronic formats.
- Perform routine checks on file management systems for accuracy and update information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create and implement strategies for effective recordkeeping.
- Respond to inquiries regarding files and documentation from colleagues and stakeholders.
- Support the Administrative Department with other clerical tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office management or administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a file clerk, records manager, or in a related administrative role.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Familiarity with standard office equipment and filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Competence with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately maintain files.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-paced environment.
The pay range for this role is:
20.19 - 35.60 USD per hour( Visalia)
