Summary
We are seeking a Safety Manager to join our team at ACPLM, Inc. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations on construction sites. Your expertise will help us maintain a safe working environment while delivering top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA regulations.
•Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites to identify hazards.
•Provide training and support to employees on safety practices and compliance requirements.
•Monitor compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
•Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety is prioritized in all aspects of construction projects.
•Maintain accurate records of safety training, incidents, and compliance activities.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
•In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS standards.
•Strong risk management skills with the ability to assess potential hazards effectively.
•Excellent communication skills for training staff and reporting findings.
•Familiarity with safety management software is a plus.
•Certifications in occupational health or safety are preferred.
