Field Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for gathering measurements for product and installing our manufactured goods.

This position is a customer-facing position. Top-notch customer service is a must! The technician will be responsible for measuring, delivering, and installing products, meeting with customers on site to review products and answer questions, and gathering necessary measurements when applicable.

This position will be exposed to the elements at times (rain, snow, wind, heat, etc.) The ability to work independently is required. Candidate must have a strong attention to detail, and be able to thoroughly capture and document needed information.

Duties:

- Measuring for custom products

- Installing finished product

- Provide training to customers on how to use and maintain installed products

- Collaborate with team members to complete installations within designated timeframes

- Maintain accurate documentation of installations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Drivers License

- Clean driving record required

- Strong communication skills
