Position Summary:
We are looking for a self-motivated, technically capable Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow sales of our stamping and machining services. This is a true hunter role—ideal for someone who thrives on developing new business, selling manufacturing capabilities, and providing complete solutions from first conversation to closing the sale.
In this role, you’ll focus on identifying opportunities, building trust, and guiding prospects through the sales process. If you can confidently walk into a room full of strangers, connect with decision-makers, and communicate the value of high-quality manufacturing services, this position offers a rewarding level of autonomy and impact.
· Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities for metal stamping and machining services
· Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, buyers, and engineers
· Understand customer needs and communicate technical capabilities effectively
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, feasibility, and lead times are met
· Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings
· Maintain CRM records and keep detailed documentation of customer interactions and project status
· Manage your pipeline and sales activities independently to meet revenue goals and business development targets
· Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial services
· Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (metal stamping, CNC machining, materials, tolerances, etc.)
· Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
· Proficiency with basic office tools (Excel, email, CRM)
· Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50%)
· Direct involvement in shaping customer relationships and growing accounts
