Requirements:
•Education & Experience: Two-year degree in a related field or at least two years of relevant maintenance experience—or a combination of both.
•Credentials: A valid driver’s license and current DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate are required.
•Skills: Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and Microsoft 365; strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently, manage time well, and maintain safety and professionalism in all tasks.

A Day in the Life:
•Maintain Facilities: Perform building, custodial, and grounds maintenance at all ECE locations—including lawn care, snow removal, minor repairs, painting, and carpentry.
•Support Facility Operations: Inspect and service HVAC systems, fire extinguishers, air filters, lighting, and more to keep facilities in top shape.
•Manage Inventory: Order and stock cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring safe handling and proper labeling.
•Coordinate Improvements: Set up furniture, support renovations, and work with internal staff and external contractors on facility projects.
•Monitor Equipment & Safety: Help maintain facility systems like generators and fire suppression systems and keep accurate maintenance records.
Additional Details:
•Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Braham, MN Headquarters building.
•Hybrid Option: This is an onsite position with no hybrid work arrangement.
