Job Duties:

- Responsible for safely implementing quality workmanship, and timely completion of work assignments.

- Will conduct all assignments according to all applicable company and government safety regulations under the direction of a crew lead.

- Install and troubleshoot solar panels and wiring.

- Work within Site Capture to document all work performed.

- Must be punctual to all job sites.

- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

- Provide own hand tools for required work.

- Assist with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- 1 -2 years of experience in residential solar installations is preferred.

- Must be competent and reliable.

- Must report to projects or warehouse on time.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions and ability to lift, pull and push materials and equipment weighing approximately 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

- Able to withstand harsh weather

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
