Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues in the field while ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.

Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and heating equipment.

- Perform routine inspections and diagnostics on HVAC/R systems to identify issues.

- Utilize tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting.

- Conduct appliance repairs as needed to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to build and install new HVAC systems according to specifications.

- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all service operations.

- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.

Requirements

- Proven experience in HVAC/R field service, including knowledge of air conditioning systems and equipment repair.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other relevant equipment.

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $35.00 per hour
