EXPERIENCED HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Deliver top-notch service with a customer-first mindset

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems

- Perform load calculations, airflow balancing, and equipment sizing

- Communicate clearly with clients and team members

- Maintain organized workspaces and service vehicles

- Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams independently

- Use digital invoicing software accurately

- Mentor apprentices and junior techs

- Recommend and sell add-on products when appropriate

YOU MIGHT BE A MATCH IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:

- 3+ years as a senior technician

- Applicable state licenses

- Knowledge of commercial systems (15 tons and down)

- Knowledge of higher-tier equipment (smart thermostats, Carrier Infinity systems)

- Proficiency with schematics, wiring diagrams, and digital invoicing software

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to provide all basic hand tools to complete 90% of service work

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Resides within 15 miles of Arlington, TX

- Physical ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and on rooftops

- Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

- Strong decision-making skills and customer service abilities
