McCoy Corporation is a full-service General Engineering, Contract Mining, and Reclamation Company doing business throughout the Western and Southern United States. McCoy Corporation is the culmination of over 60+ years of experience spanning over three generations with a wide variety of construction and mining accomplishments. We have current openings for full-time roles to operate SCRAPERS at a mine site.

Responsibilities

- Operate heavy construction equipment to effectively complete all jobs assigned within designated time limits

- Identify hazards associated with task assignments and ask questions when clarification is needed

- Understand OHSA/MSHA guidelines and procedures, as well as lock out / tag out procedures

- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to immediate supervisor and safety

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment. Specifically, articulating haul trucks and large tracked dozers.

- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Must be able to show proof of age over 18 as well as prove identity and right to work in the US.

- Must be able to successfully pass drug screening.

- Must be able to lift, carry and transfer 50 pounds or more continuously.

- Sloping/benching excavation

- Driver's license (preferred)

- MUST HAVE OPERATING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY

Wages depend on experience

· Range from $33.00 – $35.00/hr DOE
