Your Responsibilities Include

Performing essential repairs and tasks efficiently and correctly

•

Identifying and fixing equipment malfunctions

•

Adhering to operating instructions and conducting preventative maintenance

•

Documenting all work, repair details, and material usage

•

Executing basic machine operations like welding and grinding

Conducting inspections, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting

•

Making small repairs without assistance

•

Repairing hydraulic and electrical machinery upon assignment

Upholding a clean and orderly work environment

Modifying and installing machinery while adhering to safety policies

Engaging in Company Safety Programs proactively

•

Performing additional tasks as needed by supervisors

Requirements

•

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

•

Capacity to lift 50 pounds

•

Willingness to stand for long periods in varying weather conditions

•

Team-oriented mindset in fast-paced settings

•

Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs

•

Valid driver's license and proficiency in welding and cutting

•

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Educational Background

•

Completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
