Your Responsibilities Include
•Performing essential repairs and tasks efficiently and correctly
•Identifying and fixing equipment malfunctions
•Adhering to operating instructions and conducting preventative maintenance
•Documenting all work, repair details, and material usage
•Executing basic machine operations like welding and grinding
•Conducting inspections, maintaining equipment, and troubleshooting
•Making small repairs without assistance
•Repairing hydraulic and electrical machinery upon assignment
•Upholding a clean and orderly work environment
•Modifying and installing machinery while adhering to safety policies
•Engaging in Company Safety Programs proactively
•Performing additional tasks as needed by supervisors
Requirements
•A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
•Capacity to lift 50 pounds
•Willingness to stand for long periods in varying weather conditions
•Team-oriented mindset in fast-paced settings
•Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
•Valid driver's license and proficiency in welding and cutting
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Educational Background
•Completion of a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
