Job Overview
We are seeking an Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various types of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Duties
•
Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions
•
Inspect machines, engines, transmissions, and other components for issues
•
Diagnose mechanical problems and perform repairs
•
Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality
•
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as an Equipment Mechanic or similar role
•
Knowledge of various diagnostic tools and equipment
•
Familiarity with mechanical systems and hydraulic, electrical, and other systems
•
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
•
Experience performing outside repairs
•
Knowledge of various equipment
•
Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience
•
Experience with the following types of equipment:
•
Cranes, excavators, dozers, compressors & generators, forklifts, pile hammers, etc.
•
Valid Driver's License
•
5+ yrs. experience as an Equipment Mechanic
•
Welding experience
•
Electrical experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
