Your Role in Maintaining Excellence
As a crucial part of the CMC team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our manufacturing machinery remains operational and efficient. With extensive training and support, you'll quickly become an expert in our field.
•Adhere to service instructions and keep equipment running smoothly
•Maintain detailed records of all services and repairs
•Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
•Uphold a reliable work ethic and demonstrate flexibility
•Participate and promote our culture of safety
•Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
•Perform regular maintenance on mobile and stationary machinery
•Tackle additional tasks from supervisors as needed
Qualifications for Success
•Proficient in performing basic repairs efficiently and safely
•Maintain a tidy and hazard-free workspace
•At least one year of experience in vehicle or equipment maintenance
•Experience with trailer air brakes and welding (stick & mig)
•Previous fleet mechanic experience is a plus
•Ability to lift 50 lbs and adapt to varied weather conditions
•Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
•Ability to engage in a range of physical activities
•Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and technical documentation
•Skilled in welding, cutting, and fabrication
Educational Requirements
•A High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience is essential
