THE ROLE
As an
Equipment Consultant ,you’ll serve as atrusted advisor to municipalities within your assigned territory. You’ll focus on building relationships, identifying customer needs, and delivering equipment solutions that drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with municipal customers
- Identifying opportunities and delivering consultative equipment solutions
- Managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close and follow-up
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Representing BEC with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence- Year 1 Earnings $70k Base + $40k-$110k potential commissions - Company vehicle + Fuel Card
- Medical, Dental, Short/Long Term Disability, Term Life

- Work-life balance- 4+ years of direct selling experience to municipalities
- Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships
