$75,000 – $95,000

Role Summary:

Our client, a well-established manufacturer with a strong commitment to employee safety and operational excellence, is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Supervisor to lead safety programs and drive continuous improvement across their Bay City facility. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and EPA regulations while fostering a proactive, people-first safety culture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a manufacturing setting and enjoys building engagement at every level of the organization.

Required Qualifications:

- 3–5+ years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Strong understanding of OSHA, MIOSHA, and EPA regulations

- Proven ability to conduct safety audits, investigations, and corrective actions

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Desired Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or a related field (preferred)

- Experience developing or improving site-level safety programs

- Ability to deliver engaging safety training and encourage accountability across teams
