Health, Safety, and Environment Manager

We’re looking for an HSE Specialist to join our Tulsa manufacturing facility. In this role, you’ll lead safety initiatives, ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations, and partner with plant leadership to build a strong culture of safety and sustainability.

What You’ll Do

- Lead safety programs (LOTO, PPE, forklift safety, confined space, machine guarding).

- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and accident investigations.

- Manage environmental compliance (hazardous waste, stormwater, air permits).

- Deliver safety training to employees and contractors.

- Track safety metrics and recommend improvements .

- Oversee the daily operations and infrastructure of the facility, ensuring equipment is functional and maintenance schedules are followed to minimize downtime.

- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, projects, and overall facility operations.

- Contribute to long-term facility improvements and capital investment planning to support company goals and infrastructure growth.

- Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff and contractors.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.

- Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA and Oklahoma DEQ requirements.

- Excellent communication and training skills.

- Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.

- Certifications (CSP, ASP, OSHA 30-hour, HAZWOPER) are a plus.
