Environmental Health and Safety Manager

What You’ll Do:

- Lead and manage all safety and environmental operations company-wide

- Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal teams

- Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations

- Develop and implement Job Safety Analyses and compliance programs

- Oversee industrial hygiene activities and hazardous material monitoring

- Coordinate safety events and initiatives

- Analyze environmental metrics and recommend improvements

- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies

What You Bring:

- BS in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related field

- 3–5 years of leadership experience in EHS roles

- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (Air, Wastewater, Stormwater, etc.)

- OSHA 10/30 Hour certification

- Experience with ERA, Vantage, EPICOR, or Trend Manager software

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
