As an Entry Level Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will do:
- Service printer/copier products with minimum assistance
- Troubleshoot basic printing issues, able to determine printer vs network issues.
- Able to install scanning and equipment in a peer-to-peer environment.
- Manage inventory to the company's specifications.
- Maintain car, tool kit, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and employees.
- Provide sales support, including advising sales about problems or sales leads.
- Maintain professional appearances.
- Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
- Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction.
- Managing time to be most effective
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude and demonstrated skills.
- Knowledge of basic networking
- 1-2 years’ related experience is preferred; if not, we will train you!
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- High School Diploma required, or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.
