Outside Solar Canvasser – Entry-Level | Uncapped Commissions | 1099

Position Overview:

Join one of the fastest-growing industries in the country! As an Outside Solar Canvasser, you’ll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and setting appointments for our closing team. No selling required — just conversations.

What We Offer:

•

30% Commission Split on every closed deal with Sit Pay based on Performance paid out on a Monday thru Sunday basis. Paid following Wednesday.

•

Uncapped earnings – Top Setters average $1,000–$2,000+/week based on Sits and up to 60,000 a month.

Bonuses for performance (weekly/monthly)

Incentive trips and team outings

Training provided – No experience necessary

Flexible hours – Create your own schedule - must work a minimum 20-40 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

•

Canvass neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation

•

Set qualified solar appointments with interested prospects

•

Educate customers on solar savings and benefits

•

Track leads and follow up using provided CRM tools

•

Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
