What You’ll Do

Engage clients with dynamic, solution-oriented presentations that directly address their needs and goals.

Resolve client objections with strategic, well-informed solutions, ensuring successful closures.

Negotiate flexible pricing and contract terms, securing optimal results for both the client and the company.

Apply successful sales techniques and strategies to surpass targets, accelerating your personal and professional growt

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, or a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Knowledge of the solar industry or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
