Duties
•Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify potential customers and generate leads.
•Present solar energy solutions tailored to individual customer needs and preferences.
•Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and environmental impact.
•Utilize software tools to manage customer information and track sales progress effectively.
•Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing market penetration and customer engagement.
•Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and regulations related to solar energy.
•Demonstrate leadership by mentoring new team members and sharing best practices within the team.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in outside sales or energy sales is preferred.
•Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and trust with clients.
•Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
•Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
•A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
