We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Electrician Apprentice to join our team specializing in commercial and industrial solar installations. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to learn and assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components associated with commercial and industrial solar systems.

- Support in the troubleshooting and repair of existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Help with wiring and cable installation, following blueprints and technical diagrams.

- Assist in conducting inspections and testing of electrical systems for safety and functionality.

- Learn and apply safety protocols and work procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to increase proficiency in solar electrical systems.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in electrical systems is a plus.

- Basic understanding of electrical concepts and a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Must possess a valid driver's license.
